What should I do if the eSIM is not working on my child’s iPhone?


Your child purchased theiir Suyool Global eSIM, installed and activated it, but it doesn't seem to be working on their iPhone? Make sure they double-check everything mentioned in here: 

   Open their settings app.  

   Tap on "Cellular". 

  Tap on the eSIM purchased. 

 Label their eSIM & tap on “Turn On This Line”.


 Make sure the data roaming is toggled on.

   Go back to the Cellular page & tap on “Cellular Data”.


 Finally, select the line of the purchased eSIM.
