To receive your cash delivery, follow these steps:

Request From Suyool App
- Tap on "Cash Delivery" from "More" -
Driver Arrives - Authenticate the Driver
- The driver will scan the order QR code to verify your identity and complete the process. -
Receive Envelope with Cash
- Check the envelope to ensure it is properly sealed before proceeding.
⚠️ Make sure the envelope is securely sealed.
- Enter the serial number found on the envelope into the Suyool app.
- Scan the QR code on the envelope using the app to validate and complete the cash delivery. -
Congrats!
- You can take the envelope from the driver.
