What are the different employee access level to Suyool Corporate account?


There are 3 different access levels:  

 

 Super-Admin:  

  • View & download transactions, statements of accounts & reports on corporate account level.

  • Initiate any type of transaction - based on pre-set limits (per transaction & per month) on corporate account level.

  • Approve any type of transaction initiated by other admins or super-admins when the amount of the transaction exceeds the pre-set limit on corporate account level.

  • Add & manage the corporate account employees.

 Admin: 

  • View & download transactions, statements of accounts & reports on corporate account level. 

  • Initiate any type of transaction - based on pre-set limits (per transaction & per month) on corporate account level. 

  • Approve any type of transaction initiated by other admins or super-admins when the amount of the transaction exceeds the pre-set limit on corporate account level.

 Viewer:  

  • View & download transactions, statements of accounts & reports on corporate account level.
  • Initiate cash deposit requests.


 Payroll Manager:

  • Upload, submit, and edit payroll.
  • View payroll history.
  • Approve or delete a pending payroll from the history.
  • Pay anyway, approving mismatch or duplicates.
